Rules & prototype notes
Harbor and Crosswind start at North with an empty 2 × 2 deck. Crossload starts at North with two crates already aboard. Every load, slide, or sail costs one beat. Tap a waiting job, then an empty cell to load. Tap an onboard crate, then a neighboring empty cell to slide.
A dock can reach a cell only if no crate blocks its row or column from that edge. Sailing keeps the deck orientation fixed. After each action, the beat advances and accessible crates bound for this dock unload automatically, including chains.
Each delivery earns 2 points by its deadline, or 1 afterward. Finish all six deliveries or reach beat 14. Aim for 10; 12 is perfect. Fewer beats breaks a tie. Undo and restart are free.
Three optional authored shifts. Crossload tests a repacking-versus-routing deadline tradeoff; sailing-only completion remains possible. Experimental design; enjoyment and human usability are untested.
